Her career spans leadership roles with the Haryana State Health Resource Centre (HSHRC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), and the National Health Authority (NHA).

Dr. Sodhi works closely with NGOs, CSR foundations, and development partners to design, implement, and strengthen health initiatives focused on equity, quality, and sustainability. Her areas of support include CSR health program design and monitoring, quality frameworks for NGO-run hospitals and community health programs, PPP models for last-mile service delivery, capacity building and training, digital health enablement, accreditation readiness, and impact assessment aligned with national guidelines.

As a core team member of the trust, Mr. Nittu plays a critical role in financial governance, utilization of CSR funds, audit coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby strengthening donor confidence and ensuring effective financial management of projects.
